Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

✅ Recording daily cash inflows and outflows accurately.

✅ Updating and maintaining the Cash Book, Ledger, and other accounting records.

✅ Preparing and maintaining Payment Vouchers, Receipt Vouchers, and Journal Vouchers.

✅ Assisting with Bank Reconciliation.

✅ Checking and maintaining Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) records.

✅ Assisting the Senior Accountant in preparing monthly financial reports.

✅ Participating in inventory and stock counting activities.

✅ Properly maintaining financial documents.

✅ Performing other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Accounting Department.

Male/Female

Job Requirements

✅ LCCI Level 1, 2, or 3, or a relevant Accounting Certificate, Degree, or Diploma.

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Accountant is preferred.

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

✅ Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.

✅ Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks within deadlines.
