Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

The general Purpose of the position is to draw CAD drawings and calculate BOQ and check on design by outsource consultant.

Main Accountabilities

- Acknowledge on local design codes and regulations
- Perform work on drafting
- Calculate BOQ for tender/quotation
- Handle the documentations
- Present/breif drawing and design to Authorities, Project Manager, Construction team and others
- Undertake any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Education
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)

Knowledge
- Must have strong knowledge in Plumbing and Sanitation, Fire protection and Fire fighting and ACMV.

Experience
- Must have 2 years and above for design development.

Skills and personal qualities
- Good in English
- Good in Drafting
