We are seeking a detail-driven Junior Managerial Accountant to support operational decision-making, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and budget tracking. In this role, you will leverage Odoo ERP to capture manufacturing/operational costs, evaluate product margins, and prepare variance reports for management.
လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များ တွက်ချက်ခြင်း၊ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းလက်ကျန်တန်ဖိုး စိစစ်ခြင်းနှင့် ဘတ်ဂျက်သုံးစွဲမှု စောင့်ကြည့်အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်းတို့ကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည့် အငယ်တန်း စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု စာရင်းကိုင် (Junior Managerial Accountant) တစ်ဦး အလိုရှိပါသည်။ ဤရာထူးသည် Odoo ERP စနစ်ကို အသုံးပြု၍ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာမှုနှင့် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုဆိုင်ရာ အစီရင်ခံစာများ ပြုစုရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Accounting & Analysis: Record and analyze cost of goods sold (COGS), labor, material, and operational overheads within Odoo.

• Inventory & Stock Valuation: Monitor inventory movements, conduct landed cost allocations in Odoo, and reconcile theoretical stock against physical stock counts.

• Budgeting & Variance Tracking: Assist senior management in compiling operational budgets and monitoring departmental expenses against budget allocations.

• Internal Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly gross margin reports, product profitability analyses, and operational performance dashboards.

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize data entry and workflow automation inside Odoo.

• စတော့လက်ကျန် စာရင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း - Odoo တွင် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအဝင်/အထွက် စာရင်းများ၊ Landed Cost တွက်ချက်မှုများကို ကြီးကြပ်ပြီး လက်တွေ့စတော့နှင့် စနစ်အတွင်းရှိ စတော့လက်ကျန် ကွဲလွဲမှုများကို ချိန်ညှိရန်။

• ဘတ်ဂျက်သုံးစွဲမှု စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း - ဌာနအသီးသီး၏ လစဉ်အသုံးစရိတ်များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ဘတ်ဂျက်နှင့် နှိုင်းယှဉ်စစ်ဆေးပြီး ကွဲလွဲချက်များ (Variance) ကို ကြီးကြပ်သူထံ တင်ပြရန်။

• စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု အစီရင်ခံစာများ ရေးဆွဲခြင်း - အမြတ်အစွန်းရလဒ်များ (Gross Margin)၊ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းတစ်ခုချင်းစီ၏ တွက်ခြေကိုက်မှုနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းစွမ်းဆောင်ရည် အစီရင်ခံစာများကို အချိန်နှင့်တစ်ပြေးညီ ပြုစုရန်။

• ဌာနတွင်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု - ဝယ်ယူရေး (Procurement) နှင့် သိုလှောင်ရုံ (Warehouse) အဖွဲ့များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်၍ Odoo စနစ်အတွင်း ဒေတာစာရင်းသွင်းမှု တိကျမှန်ကန်စေရန် ပံ့ပိုးပေးရန်။

• Odoo ERP စနစ် (Accounting / Inventory modules) အသုံးပြုဖူးသည့် အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည် သို့မဟုတ် အထူးဦးစားပေးမည်။

• စာရင်းကိုင် သို့မဟုတ် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ (LCCI Level 3 သို့မဟုတ် ACCA Part 1 ပြီးမြောက်သူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်)။

• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ စာရင်းကိုင်လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၁) နှစ်မှ (၂) နှစ်အထိ ရှိသူ။

• ကုန်ကျစရိတ်ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာမှု (Costing) ဆိုင်ရာ သဘောတရားများကို ကောင်းစွာ နားလည်သဘောပေါက်သူ။

• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ။
