Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase awareness of the school and its programs among prospective students, parents, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.

  2. Create engaging marketing content for various channels, including the school website, social media platforms, newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.

  3. Manage the school's digital presence, including website management, social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising initiatives.

  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the international education market, and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

  5. Plan and coordinate marketing events and activities, such as open houses, school fairs, recruitment fairs, and informational sessions, to attract prospective students and engage with the community.

  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, academic departments, and administration, to align marketing efforts with school goals and objectives.

  7. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future strategies.

  8. Cultivate relationships with external partners, including educational consultants, alumni networks, international organizations, and media outlets, to enhance the school's visibility and reputation.

  9. Stay updated on marketing trends, best practices, and advancements in technology, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the school's marketing efforts.Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve marketing objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Diploma or certificates in marketing and communication 

  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the education sector or related fields.

  • Strong digital marketing skills, including proficiency in social media management, content creation, email marketing, and website management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and engage with diverse audiences.

  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

  • Creative thinking and innovation to develop unique marketing strategies and campaigns that differentiate the school and attract prospective students.

  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse international communities.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
