Duties include product development and sourcing, improving sales and increasing sale share. He/ She will work with local and international suppliers to source and develop new products. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify product assortment and placement opportunities
• Collaborate with buyers to plan product purchases, negotiate prices, and ensure timely deliveries
• Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, identifying replenishment needs, and coordinating with suppliers
• Create and maintain eye-catching and effective product displays to maximize product visibility and appeal
• Implement promotional campaigns and pricing strategies to drive sales and attract customers
• Train and supervise store staff on merchandising techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
• Monitor store conditions, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and promotional activities
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and merchandising best practices
• Work with domestic and international suppliers to source and develop new products
• Work closely with operation (stores) to ensure sales growth 

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business-related field.
•    Proven working experience in merchandising.
•    Good analytic skill and Detail oriented 
•    Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
•    Import Knowledge & Experience
•    Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
•    Strong project management skills.  
•    Must have presentation skills.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel 
•    Proficient in English (speak, read and write)
