- Communicate with Suppliers and customers to assist operations- Prepare cash request summary by daily basis and submit to MD- Prepare Cash/Cheque payment to requesters/suppliers after all the cash requests are approved by MD- Prepare excel cash book and all payment or receipt related documents daily- Prepare and ensure accuracy of AR and AP- Prepare cost estimate and issue quotation- Prepare Invoice and make sure to collect the payment in time

Job Requirements
- University Graduate (LCCI Level 2 preferable)- Minimum two-year working experience in related field- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures- Good interpersonal skill, negotiation and communication skill
