AUTHORITIES/DECISIONS 

Lead plant systems integration projects, training of operations and engineering teams and system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Analysis/Decision making - Analyze problems and decide on an appropriate course of action to resolve problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Execute all plant systems projects in the area of expertise (SAP or Wonderware) in the assigned plant.  Provide the technical expertise to configure, maintain and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant.
• Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization.
• Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional IT SSO and ISM teams. 
• Establish and maintain close relationships with the plant leadership teams, engineering teams, plant operations teams and quality teams.
• Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator’s network.

• Proficiency in Wonderware manufacturing software or SAP manufacturing applications
• Proficiency in Wonderware manufacturing software such as:
• Wonderware Archestra
• Wonderware MES
• Wonderware InBatch
• Strong proficiency in SAP usage and SAP Transactions such as: Production Orders, Production Confirmations, Material Movements (Goods Receipts and Goods Issues), SAP Quality Management
• Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), preferably using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL reporting services.
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Basic understanding of: Production Planning and Scheduling, Inventory Management, Planned Maintenance Concepts, Statistical Process Control (SPC) Concepts, Plant Floor Control System Concepts
• Ability to configure and test plant systems
• Proven track record of project management
