At Brightkidz123, we believe in offering a developmental and environmentally appropriate curriculum that enhances young children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Our program fosters curiosity, creativity, and self-esteem by considering each child's abilities and interests, with child-initiated and teacher-supported play as essential components of our approach. We are committed to providing a high-quality international early childhood education that cultivates positive self-image, independence, and critical thinking skills.
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and nurturing Preschool Class Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our teaching staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters the holistic development of young learners. You will implement our international curriculum and ensure every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to explore the world around them.
Key Responsibilities:
· Curriculum Delivery: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons based on our international early childhood curriculum, integrating our Multiple Intelligence (MI) and STEAM-based approaches. Facilitate child-initiated and teacher-supported play to enhance learning.
· Classroom Management: Create a warm, welcoming, and orderly classroom environment that encourages positive behavior, independence, and social skills. Manage daily routines and transitions effectively.
· Child Development & Assessment: Observe, document, and assess each child's progress and developmental milestones. Use this information to tailor instruction and support individual learning needs.
· Health & Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times. Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety policies, and supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
· Parent Communication: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families. Provide regular updates on children's progress and collaborate with parents to support learning at home.
· Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and support staff. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
