Monitor and ensure that the system is able to operate correctly

• Eligible to give helpful instruction to users

• Provide support as needed to solve application issues

• Monitoring, following up and cooperating with developers and users in case of system enchantments, or system maintenance

• Gather user’s feedbacks after launch

• Provide the system’s document, manual, or reports as needed by users

• Lead the training or instruction session to users

Strong knowledge of C#.NET , My SQL , JSON , Android

• Strong computer skills, particular in word, excel and power point

• This individual must have the ability to work individually on projects as well as be a team player


• Ability to interact with all levels of staff

• Writing and editing skills

• Strong commitment to quality work, customer service and high productivity

• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities

• English communication skill is necessary, in term of, reading, listening, speaking, and writing skill

• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
