Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Food Safety Management Systems.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and HACCP standards.

Monitor and control product quality throughout the production process, from raw material receiving to finished goods.

Oversee laboratory operations, including microbiological and physicochemical testing.

Establish and implement quality standards, SOPs, inspection procedures, and quality control plans.

Conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Manage supplier quality, raw material inspection, and packaging material quality.

Investigate customer complaints and product non-conformities through root cause analysis.

Monitor product quality through regular product tasting and sensory evaluation.

Lead and develop the QA/QC team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or other related fields. BE (Chemical) is also preferred.

Minimum 5 years of management-level experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Good understanding of beverage production, product blending, raw materials, and packaging quality.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good leadership, communication, planning, and team management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Good command of English (Four Skills).
