Job Description

Report to Project Manager
Manage and oversee the development and implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) procedures, processes and standards to ensure compliance of quality policy and local regulatory guidelines
Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural,Structural, and interior decoration discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes
Responsible for QA/QC documents of the completed project and tasks including calculation , certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents
Provide technical advice and support to project teams on QAQC matters in accordance with established policies, procedures and legislative requirements
Coordination with a variety of professionals including contractors, architects and government authorities
Working closely with management team to improve risk management, internal control and governance practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations, systems and processes
Carry out inspection and checking for all QAQC related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan
Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials
Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems
Evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements
Working in conjunction with construction management team, Site coordinators and all other team members

Job Requirements

Degree in Civil or others Engineering, candidates who is ISO 9001 certified auditor preferred
Over 3 years’ relevant experiences in construction industry, candidates working with International Company (In Myanmar) will have added advantage
Preferably equipped with good knowledge of construction QAQC process in Building and Infrastructure
In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 system requirements and working experiences
A good team player able to handle tasks independently, diligently and willingness to learn
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels
Excellent command of spoken and written English in reporting
Chinese speaker is prefered
