Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Reviewing construction plans and prepare bill of quantity and detail measurement requirements
  • Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
  • Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors
  • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budget, risk assessment and other documents
  • Support manager and clients on improvements and new strategies
  • Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required
  • Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholder
  • Survey to various sites as required and report to manager and related departments
  • Review technical drawing, specification and other documents for the compliance of requirement
  • Draw project schedules, construction schedules, operation budgets, SLD and general civil work drawing
  • Support Procurement Department for outsourcing general market price for project required products
  • Support and handling claims for contractual claims to the sub-contractors and clients
  • Prepare P&L cash flow for bidding and contractual states

Job Requirements

  • B.E/ A.G.T.I in any Engineering background (EP/ Electrical/ Civil)
  • QS certificate or degree
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Sound knowledge of construction
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written English
  • Minimum (3) years experiences in related position (EPC industrial is more preferable)
  • Working well under pressure
  • Problem solving
  • Computer Skill and knowledge of main professional software
  • AutoCAD & Advance Excel is required
  • Reading out electrical & civil drawing, tender requirement
  • Able to travel
