Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the cost of any Construction field from initial estimates, right through to the final acquisition of materials, focused on providing clients value for money while adhering to the strict regulations which govern every aspect of the construction industry.
  • Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials on-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
  • Feasibility studies of client requests.
  • Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
  • Allocating upcoming work to contractors.
  • Site visits, assessments and projections for the future work.
  • Assist in certifying the works carried out by the contractor and as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Assist in valuation of variation orders, preparation of site instructions and evaluation of the Contractor's Claims.
  • Checking of the Contractor's interim monthly payment certificates.
  • Provision of Pre and Post Contract cost management service for key client on-going projects.
  • Co-ordinate and work with wider business.
  • Develop new business and repeat business from existing key clients.

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil.
  • Certificates in Quantity Surveying in preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Construction field.
  • Can travel in Myanmar.
  • Interpersonal Skill,Communication Skill.
  • Knowledge in Auto CAD, MS Office Applications.
