Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. To involve in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities of the Residential Projects.

• Taking over New Projects
• List and state the changes to specified requirements and the differences from standard condition of contracts.
• Prepare, review, negotiate and award Subcontract and Supply Agreement.
• Prepare and submit of Monthly Progress Claim
• Site walk and negotiation of Monthly Payment Certificate
• Review and issue Payment Certificate for Sub Contractors
• Review incoming AI/EI etc. Instructions.
• Prepare, negotiation and issue Contractor instruction to Sub Contractors.
• Collection, Prepare, submit and negotiation of Variations Orders.
• Prepare, negotiation and issue of Final Account for Consultant, Main Contractors and Sub Contractors.
• Internal reports and dashboards
• Prepare and issue of Quotations, when required.
• Project Admin works.
• Any other commercial scope of works designate by Commercial Manager, when required.

2. To communicate and works together effectively with the Project Managers.
