Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Monitoring the NETACT internal alarm and take corrective action against.
Troubleshoot Ticket handling for each issue, closing the TT with in SLA time
Integration and deletion of Network Elements
Create/Prepare & Validate Data Configuration Scripts for NOKIA RNC and Node-B (IuB,Iu-CS,Iu-PS) & executing the .xml/mml script using NETACT BTS MANAGER tool
Complete Pre & Post checks of all systems including Health Checks, etc. & doing AT of RNC & BSC’s with customer
Integrating all the Node-Bs and BTS in the corresponding BSC’s and making them on air
Radio Parameter changes and frequency plan implementation in coordination with RF planning team
File system and Data Base maintenance on each OSS
User Access Management in Net act system (Citrix user creation, node user creation, password reset, user permission mapping, user profile creation, etc.)
Troubleshooting NETACT issue (Fault management, configuration management, performance management, software management, NMS related issue)
Take offline backups as per schedule and ensures it. Also keeps record of online system backups
Planning of NE connectivity (BSC, MSS, and MGW etc) with OSS and integration with OSS
Participates in Netact software upgrades and be responsible for whole portion of the upgrade task
Participates in NE software upgrades activity and responsible for manage services to related the Netact
Participates in Switch over activity for Netact DR server(site A to site B and vice versa)
Analyzing the Daily outage report and providing solution for improvement of network
Follow up with LSP and Power sharing company with the help of 3rd party team of long time duration sites for early restoration
Statistical analysis and Validation of KPIs and according to this escalate the same concern support department

Job Requirements

Good communication skills
Skillful in RAN services and BTS communication & configurations.
At least 5 years commissioning & integration experience with the last 3 years on either ZTE or Nokia
At least 6months trouble shooting technical/ investigations within the last 2years either on ZTE or Nokia
