To solve RAN technical issues, working with radio planning as required
To provide support on the LTE network, small cells, other project and able to understand protocols of VoLTE and ViLTE along.
To create and execute the test access for the radio access network
To provide support and guidance to customers for operations and maintenance of network elements
To monitor the network security plan
Perform the network analyser test with other tools for its performance
Troubleshooting on elements such as BTS, RBS & including the transmission interface.
Accurately completing any Handover packs & onsite completion certification within agreed SLAs.
To coordinate the communications between customers, operation’s team and filed support system.

Job Requirements

Good 4skills English
Good communication with team members and customers
Skilful in RAN services and BTS communication & configuration
At least 2years commissioning & integration experience within the last 5years on either ZTE or Nokia, preferable both.
At least 6months trouble shooting technical/ investigations within the last 2years on either ZTE or Nokia, preferable both
