  • To Welcome guests and service professionally by arranging place and drink, to contact the right person/department , and give the right information to the guests.
  • To maintain the reception area clean, neat & tidy.
  • To manage telephone call ( record daily calls & check phone balance), messages and letter in/out (record daily) operation.
  • To arrange and conduct with HR Department for interviews.
  • To record and report daily and monthly attendance List.
  • To control admin store for daily and monthly issue.

(eg.Record & report medicine in/out , drinking water in/out , daily newspaper etc)

  • Other special duty assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to do multi-tasking professionally under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service and organization skills are a must.
  • Know how to use machines professionally. (eg. Computer, Coiper, Printer...)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. ( Word, Power Point, Ecel...)
  • Professional appearance and attitude is a must.
  • Continuous Learning and improving is a must.
