Sales & Marketing Manager

Yangon, Myanmar

Responsibilities :

• Has extensive knowledge of sales & marketing strategies and creative mindset
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform to hit sales targets
• Creatively and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and strategies
• Able to make weekly/monthly sales & marketing plan and budget plan
• Negotiating with client for commitments
• Search new business partners through effective prospecting and relationship-building
• Ability to explain client complaints and send correspondence in a professional manner
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with existing and potential clients
• Able to prepare client contract and invoice process
• Cooperation and supporting another various department to build good communication and to achieve client satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Stay up to date with the market trends and current situation

Requirements

• Any Bachelor Degree (or) MBA Preferable
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the related area.
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools, including social media and email marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, document creation and presentation design respectively
• Ability to thrive effectively under pressure.
• Language knowledge (English: 4 skills)
