Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Assist sales manager with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Follow up with clients on pending inquiries, payments, and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Coordinate with engineering team to provide solution for customers’ satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to help adjust strategies.
  • Must achieve monthly sales target.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing plan (online & offline).
  • Help manage social media accounts and update content regularly.
  • Support organizing promotional events, trade shows, or showroom activities.
  • Support in creating marketing content.
  • Collect customer feedback and conduct basic market research, competitor analysis to guide strategy.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations.
  • Maintain marketing materials such as brochures, samples, or price lists.
  • Coordinate internal communications between departments.
  • Support document control, filing, and meeting arrangements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Sales Plan and Digital Marketing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Interest or experience in solar energy, electrical systems, or renewable technology
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills
