Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Managing and interpreting customer requirements
Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
Calculating client quotations
Negotiating tender and contract terms
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
Meeting regular sales targets

Job Requirements

University graduate holding any bachelor's degree.
Under 35 years of age.
Prior sales experience in Construction Materials (specifically Waterproofing products and Paint) is preferred.
Must be able to coordinate and collaborate effectively with Construction Sites.
Must have at least 2 years of work experience in a related position.
Proficient in computer skills (MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and Email).
Strong problem-solving skills.
Must be patient with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Capable of achieving assigned sales targets.
