The Salesforce Administrator will design and build efficient and highly scalable systems within the Salesforce Ecosystem to support a broad range of digital tools in the areas of: Financial Inclusion, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Literacy. The candidate should be passionate about the economic and social empowerment of Myanmar people through technology.

Key Activities: The Salesforce Administrator will contribute to the development and administration of the Salesforce platform for ONOW. This includes Administrative oversight, Database maintenance, Page Layouts, Automations and Flows. The Salesforce platform is a key integration for many different digital tools. This role must work within a cohesive team and high structured development processes are key. 

• Administration of Basic Salesforce Administrative Functions.

  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups

  • Generation of reports and dashboards

  • Creation and Maintenance of New Objects & Fields

  • Modification of page layouts

• UI/UX Design

  • Determine best design layouts for users.

  • Provide User Testing of UI/UX with ONOW Staff.

  • Integration components developed by Software Developers.

• Automation Design

  • Creation and maintenance of process flows and triggers

  • Research and Development of 3rd Party Tools

  • Implementation of API to Automation Workflows

• Clear Disciplined Documentation and Diagramming of Salesforce Systems.

PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS NECESSARY

Reporting and Management

This position reports to the Director of Design and Solutions Engineer

Qualifications:

• Experience in ERP/CRM platform development

• Experience with User Interface Design

• Constantly Exploring and Learning New things (Can self-learn in English).

• Team Player - Passionate about improving entire team

• Understanding of relational database design

• Values Data security and Quality Documentation

• Organized and Detail oriented

• Optional: Past work experience in Salesforce Ecosystem or Salesforce Certificates

Skills Needed:

• Communication: Native Burmese, Strong English verbal and written

• Basic Understanding of APIs and Webhooks

• Basic Understanding of User Roles and Profiles 

• Basic understanding of UI/UX Design

• Experience with point and click automation tools such as Zapier, IFTTT, Integromat
