Job Title: Relationship Managers (Agriculture, Power & Energy, Real Estate, Mineral and Mining)
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Relationship Managers in Corporate Banking who specialize in one of the four sectors: Agriculture, Power & Energy, Real Estate, and Mineral and Mining. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with companies and institutions within your designated sector. Your role will involve providing customized financing solutions, industry-specific financial products, and effectively cross-selling the Bank's services to cater to the diverse needs of businesses in these sectors.

Portfolio Management: Take ownership of managing a portfolio of corporate customers within the Agriculture, Power & Energy, Real Estate, or Mineral and Mining sectors. Assess their financing requirements, prepare credit proposals, conduct thorough credit reviews, and ensure compliance with the Bank's standards.

Business Development: Identify and cultivate new customer relationships within the Agriculture, Power & Energy, Real Estate, or Mineral and Mining sectors. Proactively engage with potential clients, understand their specific financing needs, and offer appropriate financial solutions tailored to their requirements.

Credit Analysis: Prepare comprehensive credit write-ups adhering to the Bank's guidelines and standards. Accurately assess the financial standing and creditworthiness of clients operating within the Agriculture, Power & Energy, Real Estate, or Mineral and Mining sectors.

Relationship Building: Implement a proactive calling program to foster and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the Agriculture, Power & Energy, Real Estate, or Mineral and Mining sectors, as well as prospects and referral sources.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling the Bank's products and services to existing and potential clients within the Agriculture, Power & Energy, Real Estate, or Mineral and Mining sectors, thereby maximizing income generation from sales.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the account and loan performance of customers in the Agriculture, Power & Energy, Real Estate, or Mineral and Mining sectors to mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities.

Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the Agriculture, Power & Energy, Real Estate, and Mineral and Mining sectors. Possess in-depth knowledge of the financial landscape and regulatory environment relevant to each sector.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as credit risk experts, product specialists, and other departments, to deliver holistic financial solutions that meet the unique needs of clients within the Agriculture, Power & Energy, Real Estate, and Mineral and Mining sectors.
