Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage to Security Operations for their performance- including operation staffs, Managers and Drivers
  • Created Standard Operation Procedure – SOP for Security Operations
  • Maintain Company Standard and Policy
  • Created and Attend to Monthly, Weekly Operations meeting with clients
  • Created monthly, weekly security report, incident report with company format
  • Created announcement letter for security operations, rules and regulations
  • To conduct refreshment training according to security operations requirement
  • To conduct emergency procedure training according to client requirement
  • Created viber group for security operations information between clients and company
  • Problem solving of clients’ complaints and operation issues via email and in person
  • Monitor the performance of employees and client sites (including promotions, demotions and warning)
  • Reports and communication of operation issues to Head/Chief of Security Operations
  • Manage site visiting as per according to the requirements of clients
  • Standardization  for company vehicle maintenance
  • Planning and managing what is needed if new site is tender won (including recruitment, interview, training, uniform, equipment, etc…)    
  • Supervise the team to comply with quality management system

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint in particular)
  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
