Responsible & assist to the Manager for the administration and overall operation of the security department in the protection of residence property, guest and employee and their properties.
Responsible for preparing the duty roster and submitting to the Security Manager for approval each month.
Assign security guards to their necessary location.
Maintain regular inspection of all the guards using time clock property while they are on roving duty.
Ensure all staff are carrying the I.D at all time.
Screen all staff and visitors as they access the residence via the security entrance (gate) log and issue appropriate visitor card.
Conduct regular pre-shift and post-shift briefings on a daily basis to ensure regular follow up of daily occurrences.
Responsible and monitor the staff incoming and out going, using time record property.
Keep security guards constantly informed and well trained regarding safety, access control procedure, fire safety procedures, first aid, accident and other emergencies.
Assist the Security Manager in conducting safety and security training.
To review daily reports from guards and time keeper.
Provide the necessary extra coverage for parking lot, Lobby and poolside when required.
Ensure proper communication is maintained with government departments, such as police, intelligence, fire brigade, doctors, hospitals etc;….
Maintain regular inspections of all the outlets, corridors and hotel grounds to ensure no disturbance are taking place.
Visit guards assigned post to ensure or check they are carrying out their duties as requested.
Periodically carry out check of the guest rooms, H/K linen room, generators, boilers for the prevention and maintenance.
Supervisor while on patrol, observes the employee service areas and grounds, if found something defects that are in need of immediate attention.
Write detail report regarding incidents or accident report and other matters affecting the hotel, submit to the Security Manager.
On a night shift co-ordinate closely with the Front Office staff ensuring guests and staff safety and security maintained.
Maintain a well recorded log book outlining your duty shift. This is to be forward to the Security Manager.
Recommend to Security Manager ways to entrance and improve the performance of the security team while maintaining the Hotel Policies and Procedures.
Check, re-check, counter check all the places and CCTV something suspect, immediately report to Security Manager.
Ensure all the guards misusing walkie-talkie, enjoying each others while on duty.
Carried out any other duties as required to do so by Security Manager and Property Head/Management.
Check garbage and disposal material occasionally.
Check key pass on a daily basis.
