  • Senior Accountant is a professional rewponsible for receiving cash , making payments , checking Vounchers and receipts adn keeping vouchers adn receipts files and repoting cash baleance and bank balance of the compnay.
  • Also Assists in comlince audits adn monitoring internal controls to ensure that everyone does their correctly.
  • To safeguard all cash payments adn cash receiving.
  • To keep the company all cash and bank safely.
  • To develop all the system related to cash transactions 
  • To ko=now th availability of real - time cash balances and bank balances 
  • To habdle all cash payments and cash receiving effectively
  • To ease all of the comoany's staff cash transactions
  • Recording and managing all cash receipts adn payments from the company's office and bank accounts
  • Checking the vouchers for every payment and recalculating the correctness of their payments 
  • Checking whether all cash received is in accordance with the company's sales and credit policies 
  • Checking whether each of the expenses submitted for withdrawal is for the company's business expense approved by the company's  management team 
  • Filling all vouchers for payments and receipts of the cash transactions 
  • Keeping evidence for all cash received from the customers and others
  • Timely verfication of cash availability for payments due
  • Prepare and report on daily office cash baleance and month - end cash baleace reports 
  • Prepare adn report the month -end cash count sheet 
  • Reconciliaion of montyh cash received and payment through all of the company's bank accounts
  • Prepare adn report the month - end bank balance report for all of the company's bank accounts 
  • Filling the monthly bank statements for all of the company's bank accounts
