A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for HHP Account Receivables Control of Company.
  • If it is a credit sale, checking sales orders whether the credit amount is overdue or over limit.
  • Checking ERP Sales Report, Sales Admin Sales Report & Sales Invoices.
  • Contacts customers to resolve late and/or non-payment of invoices.
  • Providing Credit Notes List to Cash Collectors for AR offset.
  • Preparation of daily bank reconciliations.
  • Processing of Direct Debit's in a timely manner.
  • Compile monthly Account Receivable Statements.
  • Confirming monthly Account Receivables.

  • Any Graduate and Related Field Certificate (LCCI Level III)
  • Age between (25) to (35) years
  • Working experience above (2) years with AR Control position
  • Hardworking under pressure
  • Good Communication and Corporate with Team and organization
