Job Description

  • Tracking the cost for every item we produce, including direct materials, direct labour, and manufacturing overhead.
  • Standard costing, activity-based costing, lean accounting, and marginal costing.
  • Settling standard cost of manufacturing goods.
  • Monitor inventory transactions, work in process and assess of factory.
  • Reconcile inventory accounts to the general ledger and prepare monthly journal enteries in a timely manner.
  • Perform other related duties and required of the warehouse department.
  • Monitor inventory transactions diligently.
  • Collecting and analyzing data about company’s operational cost.
  • Focus on the expenses involved with running our business.
  • Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets.
  • To support factory operation process.
  • Enable COGs calculation, stock tracking and software data monitoring.

Job Requirements

1. Must have a university degree.

2. At least LCCI Level III (must obtain UK Diploma) or ACCA Part I; Must have passed CPA.

3. Must be a person who has drawn monthly and yearly statements.

4. Must have at least (5) years of work experience.

5. Must be able to use computer Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

6. Must have used any accounting software.

7. Must be able to manage the entire accounting department.

8. Leadership skills must be mastered.

9. Maximum 3 years’ experience in factory/ manufacturing.
Knowledge to Good Manufacturing Practice.
