1. Prepare monthly financial reports including inventory, expense, AR, PR by collecting, reporting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
2. Checking (daily) cash books and financial transactions of the all Kanote shops and Head Office.
3. Prepare P&L and balance sheets.
4. Maintain proper and complete accounting records.
5. Ensure that the accounts, records and transactions are accurate and correct all the times.
6. Calculating monthly sales target and commissions for different sales channels.
7. Manage to submit necessary business and financial reports in a timely manner.

Someone who  -

1. has a Bachelor's degree & LCCI (level 3) graduate at least.
2. is a team-worker, honest, ambitious, positive and hard working
3. has a minimum 2 year experience at similar role
4. is adaptable to change, has excellent time management and organisational skills (meeting deadlines & multi-tasking)
5. loves to challenge themselves, is self-driven to always challenge themselves (ability to work under pressure)
6. knows an intermediate level of English and a good use of computer - Experience in ERP software systems (Odoo) is a bonus!
7. has experience in different aspects of Accounting - with retail/wholesale background.
8. having a great interest in fashion (Kanote) and technology (Anker) and food (another brand) is a huge bonus!
9. has good verbal and written in burmese language.
