Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries.
● Prepare timely financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules for review.
● Monitor accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and month-end close activities.
● Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
● Review transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
● Support audits by preparing documents, explanations, and required reports.
● Coordinate with internal teams to improve accounting processes and reporting accuracy.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
● Proven experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant, preferably in retail/wholesale.
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
● Hands-on experience with ledger reconciliation, AP/AR, and cash flow tracking.
● Familiarity with audit preparation.
● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
● High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
● Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and with teams.
● Experience level: Experienced Non-Manager.
