Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Monitor cashflow for all companies under main account
  • Prepare account statement (Profit and Loss Accounts, Balance Sheet, etc. )
  • Manage and control the day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, invoicing, expenses, debt collection, purchase control and payment, and other transactions.
  • Manage daily AR/AP for distribution
  • Manage procurement and import costing
  • Manage Working Capital in efficiently and effectively
  • Keep records in both manual and ERP
  • Ensure all daily financial transactions are coded appropriately in ERP
  • Supervise Internal Control & Accounting System
  • Prepare all Tax aspects
  • Manage financials data of all companies under main account
  • Prepare budget planning at the beginning of the year and managing budgets throughout the year.
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Assist to Managing Director as per request
  • Provide accounts payables, receivables, and collection reports monthly to management team
  • Manage the reports to management as daily report, monthly report & yearly report in detail

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Must have B.Com/ACCA (or) LCCI 3
  • Experience in ERP software is preferable
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Able to start in Q4 and work in Kamayut
