Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Preparing monthly SOPL & SOFP.
  • Ensuring accounting policy awareness.
  • Handling all tender account book-keeping process (PO, PG, AR, AP, Exp)
  • Maintaining a smooth all onboarding process in tender documents keeping according to company's internal accounting policy.
  • Handling daily tender updated management report.
  • Checking daily tender voucher opening process.
  • Carrying out tender petty cash managing.
  • Conduting weekly, monthly cross functional follow up meeting with Tender team and Finance team.
  • Creating monthly Tender SOPL & SOFP.
  • Performing as a key player between Tender Team and Finance Team intention to point out all tender AR and expense status.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring accounting policy awareness.

Job Requirements

  • BCom/ MCom or Any Bachelor’s degree with DA and/or ACCA.
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting and experience in tender accounting must be preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Very detail attention and commercial awareness.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Advance Excel, Outlook and Accounting softwares. (Experienced in Peachtree, SQL must be preferred.
