We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements, budgets, and timelines and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential customers.
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions with customers.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior sales executives or sales staff.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Attend client meetings and business development activities when required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field 
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development 
  • Experience in engineering or renewable energy industry is preferred 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Strong presentation and sales closing skills 
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) 
  • Ability to work independently and travel when required
