- Works with NOC and operational teams to resolve any outage or project as required.
- Assist in the development and communication of standard operating procedures.
- Assist Network Engineering with the build and support of the LAN and WAN environments, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN.
- Support wireless LAN.
- Strong experience as wireless engineer is plus.
- Prefer who certified in Networking , CCNA, CCNP ,etc ..

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Cambium, Unifi and Ruckus indoor / outdoor Access Points.
- Strong knowledge of Ruckus Smart Cell Gateway Controller
- Strong knowledge of layer 2 switching and layer 3 routing protocols; including VLANs, 802.11, OSPF and ISIS.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting RF and LAN issues
- Working knowledge of LINUX .
- Strong documentation skills including updating ERP Tickets, OSS and Network Diagrams.
- Ability to communicate with end users, cross-organizational staff and Ruckus and SCG
- At least 4 years experience in related field
