Senior PHP Developer for Man-Hour Management System Job

We are looking for a skilled Senior PHP Developer for Man-Hour Management System to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our existing in-house man-hour management system, developed in response to a new development request. Your tasks will encompass every process from basic design to release, ensuring the system meets the evolving needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- As a Development Staff member, your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively within a team of 4-5 individuals, including our company's members.

- Your responsibilities will also encompass: Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with the office casual dress code policy. - - Present yourself in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.

- Meeting Attendance: Attend the preliminary meeting as scheduled to discuss project objectives, timelines, expectations, and any other relevant information.

- Actively participate in discussions and provide input as needed.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in PHP programming language.

- Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services), including deployment, management, and optimization of cloud-based applications.

- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and shell scripting.

- Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

- Experience in front-end development using Vue.js framework.

- Candidates with experience in front-end development using JavaScript are also welcome to apply.

- Must be fluent in English.

Preferred Requirements:

- Proficiency in PHP programming language for backend development.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

- Demonstrated experience in managing tasks and projects, including delegating tasks to subordinate team members.

- Ability to provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Fluency in Japanese is preferred.
