Support the service manager to control and develop the Company’s Contract portfolio, including implementation and setting of policies and procedures to ensure the highest levels of customer’s service whilst balancing on profitability and competitive pricing.
Contract sales to end-users.
Monitor contracts to ensure they are within reasonable range along the spend curve and have healthy balances/projections.
On-going management of the Contract Services pricing, monthly charges and excess km charges
Support the contract manager to create business plans and strategies to enhance and develop the Contract Services platform.
Monthly invoicing and collection money of contracts
To phone to customer for service charge outstanding and cooperate with account department to collect money (FPT)
To make spare part back order list and cooperate with part department to give feedback to customer (JCB & FPT)
To make the productivity and efficiency report of service engineer.
To collect all data from branches and make presentation report.
To handle the customer complaint document(FPT)
