Job Summary
A proactive shop manager  to support retail and wholesale operations in Shwepyithar, Yangon. The role focuses on sales coordination, business development support, team follow-up, and smooth day-to-day execution to help drive growth and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail stores selling building materials to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with Shop Managers to supervise team performance and improve productivity.
• Continuously enhance customer experience and service quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve sales targets for each retail store.
• Ensure compliance with operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company standards.
• Effectively manage inventory, facilities, and other operational resources.
• Monitor and evaluate employees to maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Prepare and present sales improvement programs, promotional campaigns, retail shop decoration suggestions, and operational performance reports to the management team.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience at the Manager level in Operations Management, preferably in the building materials industry.
• Good understanding of customer service excellence and business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Age between 30 and 40 years.
