Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare pre-tender estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
  • Supporting the required materials and documents for the site engineer.
  • Meeting with Architects & Structural Designers if necessary.
  • Preparing the construction contracts and handling variations, claims and final accounts.
  • Monitoring project expenditures.
  • Evaluate subcontractor/supplier bids.

Job Requirements

  • If Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering, relevant experience (2) years and above.
  • If B-Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering, relevant experience (3) years and above.
  • If A.G.T.I in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering, relevant experience (4) years and above.
  • For Drafter – Proficiency in Auto Cad (2D/3D) skills. MEP process and design knowledge.
  • Able to work at regional project sites, must be in good health. Accommodation, hostel, and ferry for the other regions. If duties at Yangon, provided a ferry.
