Job Description:

As a vital member of our QA team, your core responsibilities will include conducting ad-hoc testing and execution of meticulous test cases and scripts. You will play a key role in inspecting and tracing issues, systematically logging and tracking them, and reporting findings. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing effective testing strategies and ensuring the flawless delivery of top-notch software products. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you'll make a significant contribution to our commitment to excellence in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Thorough Testing: Execute comprehensive test cases for software products on various platforms, including web and mobile (iOS, Android), ensuring meticulous testing and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, conduct ad-hoc testing to identify potential issues that may not be covered by predefined test cases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and feature-rich product releases, contributing to a collaborative and efficient development environment.
• Defect Reporting and Resolution: Report and track software defects, actively engaging with development teams to facilitate efficient issue resolution. Your keen eye for detail and systematic approach will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of flawless software products.
• Expertise in Manual Testing: Leverage your expertise in manual testing to play a key role in the inspection and tracing of issues, systematically logging and tracking them for thorough analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively contribute to the implementation of effective testing strategies, utilizing your skills to identify areas for improvement and ensure the continuous enhancement of our quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a software testing and quality assurance role, preferably with Web or Mobile apps.
• Proven experience in manual testing with a keen attention to detail, including a thorough examination of UI and UX elements.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
• Ability to create clear and concise test cases and product documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Appium/Selenium Automation Tools is a definite plus.
• Familiarity with software development practices and product life cycle methodologies is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative methodologies is a plus.
