The Role

• Conceptualize, socialize and gain approval for innovative integration solutions between Prudential and Partner
• Explore a range of possibilities and creative alternatives to contribute to systems, process and business improvements while designing the E2E solution
• Ensure that the solution design balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements
• Manage the integration delivery E2E, from inception to completion

• Bachelor or master’s degree on Computer Science or Technology
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT project management and solution driven position
• Strong experience in deliver the outstanding product or project solutions to business team and end users/customers on time with exceptional quality
• Good experience in defining the extensive and demonstrable work on at least one technology area, including due diligence/feasibility to evaluate and test various options
• Good knowledge in NoSQL, Flink, React Native, Payment platform, REST API and SDK base platform development
• Must have excellent verbal and written English skills
