• Strong Technical background in Microsoft Infrastructure, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server messaging & Microsoft Windows Servers
• Microsoft server operating system installation, customization and administration
• Microsoft Active Directory Integration
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve, identify alternative solutions and communicate best practices
• Automated deployment of the Microsoft O/S images and automated patching
• Microsoft System Center Integration and Deployment
• Experience with Office 365 (Exchange Online, Team, etc.) & Azure Infrastructure, Windows 10 Security, Microsoft Intune.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any course
• 2-3 years’ experience in a related field
• Ability to work with and take direction from an assigned Project Manager
• Excellent communication skill & troubleshooting skill
• Effectively manage a set of tasks through to completion
• Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
• Technical Writing (Service Delivery Documentation)
