A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Calculate the Project Estimate  Cost      
  2. Prepare the Project Profit & Loss          
  3. Monitoring the project Receivable List  
  4. Prepare the Project Invoice       
  5. Monitoring the Project Material Usage and Workdone    
  6. Prepare the Weekly Cash flow  
  7. Liaise with external parties like Tax officer , audit firm  
  8. Check the Advance Claim form
  9. Follow up the Account Receivable for Project    
  10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  1. B.Com or LCCI III  ,More prefer with ACCA/CPA Part I
  2. At least 4 years experience in related field
  3. Have project experience like construction base
  4. Fluent in English
  5. Good in computer skill ( Microsoft Excel/ Word /Power Point)
  6. Must be use Advance Excel
  7. Able to work under pressure
  8. Ability to meet deadline
