Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Receive and check incoming products against documents. 

  • Verify quantity, product condition, batch number, and expiry date. 

  • Store products according to category and storage requirements. 

  • Follow FEFO/FIFO principles. 

  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory movements. 

  • Prepare and issue products for store replenishment. 

  • Monitor low-stock, overstock, near-expiry, and damaged products. 

  • Conduct regular stock counts and report variances. 

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom. 

  • Secure medicines, high-value products, and sensitive items. 

  • Support stock transfers, returns, and supplier deliveries. 

  • Follow company SOPs, safety, and inventory-control procedures.

Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.if the Pharmacist Aid 
  • 1–2 years of warehouse/storekeeping or retail experience preferred. 
  • Pharmacist Aide / Pharmacy Assistant Certificate is an advantage. 
  • Basic inventory and computer/POS knowledge.
  • Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle stock.
  • Honest, organized, responsible, and team-oriented.
