Job Summary:
Agiventure Co., Ltd, a Yangon-based supply chain and distribution company trading looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure accurate stock control, and coordinate the safe storage and movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of commodities
• Monitor and maintain accurate stock records; conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records
• Supervise loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage or spoilage
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and sales team on delivery schedules and stock movements
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage conditions (especially for food-grade commodities)
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly stock and inventory reports to management
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff/laborers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or losses immediately
• Ensure compliance with company policies and any relevant food storage/handling regulations

• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations (experience with commodities/FMCG is a plus)
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word)
• Good leadership and team supervision skills
• Physically able to work in a warehouse environment
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
