  1. Recruitment & Appointment Support
    • Coordinate recruitment processes in line with government norms and guidelines.
    • Assist in document verification and liaison with the education department for staff appointments and transfers.
  2. Staff Record Management
    • Maintain updated service records for teaching and non-teaching staff.
    • Handle data entry into HRMS or government-mandated software platforms.
  3. Attendance & Leave Administration
    • Monitor biometric/manual attendance systems.
    • Process casual, medical, and other types of government-sanctioned leaves.
  4. Payroll & Salary Support
    • Prepare monthly salary statements in coordination with the accounts department.
    • Manage records for GPF, NPS, salary advances, and deductions.
  5. Statutory Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure adherence to state education department rules and labor laws.
    • Submit necessary reports to authorities (e.g., staff strength, leave summaries, vacancy status).
  6. Grievance Handling & Communication
    • Serve as the point of contact for staff queries related to service matters.
    • Coordinate official circulars, notifications, and HR policy communication.
  7. Appraisal & Promotion Processes
    • Assist in performance appraisal coordination and promotion documentation.
    • Maintain confidential records of staff evaluations.
  8. Training & Capacity Building
    • Coordinate teacher training and staff development programs as directed by the department or school management.

Any other responsibility assigned by HOD/Management time to time.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in school or government HR operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with public sector rules, service conditions, and HRMS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of government recruitment and HR processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in English
