This position will be responsible for...

Check all payments are in accordance with company policies, guideline
Prepare daily and weekly payments, deposits, bank transfer
Register and track all payment pending to ensure all payments are done within payment deadline
Assist petty cash payment, preparation of payment
Assist employee claims and advance to ensure within the deadline
Maintain proper recording and complete documentation relating payment matters
Assist internal, external statutory and tax audit (requested supporting documents)
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Assist budget preparation and BVA report preparation
Assist monthly, quarterly and year end closing
Support management reporting and other finance reporting
Handle withholding tax and other tax returns
Other tasks as assigned by the seniors
