Under the supervision of the Accounting Supervisor, the Accounting Associate is responsible in obtaining financial data, recording transactions and maintaining accounting records

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

Processing (analyzing and recording) accounts payable transaction in SAP system related to but not limited to operating expenses, raw and packaging materials, travel advances, liquidations and alike.
Checking monthly timekeeping transactions before processing.
Responsible in maintaining and monitoring transactions related to Fixed Assets.
Maintaining accounting files and information.
Provide assistance to Accounting Supervisor.
Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
Daily Output - Payable Voucher and Journal Vouchers
Monthly Output – Monthly Asset Monitoring Report and monthly timekeeping report.
