Plan activation project which briefed by brand team.
Develop a schedule work plan for all activation team.
Manage projects vs workload.
Good collaboration with cross department to align for all project execution run smoothly.
Activation budget control, POSM arrival tracking, track execution on time as plan.
Develop a good & clear schedule plan monthly for activation team, help them to achieve quality work.
Allocate all the projects, men power, timing effectively.
Manage all resources to be utilized and optimized the cost.
Provide a clear project briefing to Branch & Activation team lead.
Ensure all projects are consistently aligned with cross department (especially brand team, activation & sales & branch services team)
POSM tracking, ready in warehouse before execution.
Manage activation team Budget & expenses control
Provide regular project status & monthly report to brand managers and direct line managers.
