Administration Support to Existing Installations Department

- To take on administrative work for EI (Monthly Schedule, SD letter, EI license checking, Stationary issuing/ordering, etc).
- Contract creation in SAP.
- Documentation control (Contracts scanning, contracts filing, service reports filling)
- Assist in sales related activities (marketing of non-traditional sales, urgent cash collection, customer visit)

• Relevant academic certification.
• Min 1 years’ experience in administrative field.
• English (Written and Spoken)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Passion for administrative and finance support.

• Comfortable in functional position and matrix organization.
• Able to self-review & take feedback and improve.
