Receiving and processing purchase orders promptly and accurately.
Issuing sale transaction invoices and ensuring their accuracy.
Verifying customer orders, including personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers via phone or email to respond to inquiries and collect any missing information required for order processing.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records with meticulous attention to detail.
Compiling detailed monthly sales reports for analysis.
Providing administrative support to the sales department, assisting with various tasks as required.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Graduate (Preferably in Business Administration).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data analysis skills.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
