A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Handling Intake, Scanning and store documents.(all BUs)
2. Check for accuracy and edit files, be like contracts.
3. File documents in physical and digital records. 
4. Coordinate complex activities between department and outside parties and gather information and prepares reports. 
5. Coporate document control functiona through routing, review, distribution, approval and release of documents.
6. Designing templates for documents, file types, and document databases. 
7. Reorganized the entire hard copy filling systme to make it more accessible and secure.
8. Organize, catalogue and digitalize all ongoing incoming and outgoing documents
9. Deliver company documents to counterparties. 
10. Prepare the invoices for all entities and monthly payments and supplies change managemnet payments. 
11. Other tasks as requested by managemnet 
12. Supply and manage office equipment and matrials. 
13. Orgnaized visitor and employee arrangements when travelling including transport hotels. 
14. Assist in setting employee visa, work permit doucments, residence, etc. documentation for employees. 
15. Answer the company direct line phone and act as operator.

-Any Graduated or Dip in Business Administration Management or Documentations

-Between age of 24 to 28

-Over 3 years working experiences in related field

-Excellent Documentations skill

-Good Communication and interpersonal skills

-Must have English 4 skills

-Must have Microsoft Office and online payment system
